Transfers and protection
01 How do I buy an account through TradeMySocials?
Start from an account’s listing and keep the agreement in the site chat.
- Use Message seller to discuss the account, its statistics and what the transfer includes.
- Select Buy this account and wait for the seller to accept the terms.
- Open payment in the deal. Depending on its payment type, you pay either the account price and service fee through the site, or only the service fee.
- Follow the transfer steps shown in the deal and check the result before confirming each step.
The escrow agent oversees the transfer. The available flow depends on the social platform and account type; How it works explains the current options.
02 How do escrow payment and direct payment differ?
Both use an escrow agent, but the account price takes a different route.
- Escrow payment: you pay the account price and service fee through the site. The payment is held until the transfer is complete and you confirm receipt, then the seller is paid.
- Direct payment: you pay the service fee through the site. The agent secures control of the account before you pay the seller using the agreed payment details. After the seller confirms receiving the money, the agent transfers the account to you.
Follow the payment type and instructions in your deal. Direct payment is part of the supervised deal; it does not mean completing the transaction outside TradeMySocials. See How it works for the available transfer flows.
03 Which social platforms and account types are supported?
You can buy and sell TikTok, Instagram and X accounts; Facebook pages and groups; Twitch channels; and Telegram channels, groups and bots. The catalog and listing form show the types currently supported by TradeMySocials.
Transfer options depend on the platform and account type. Check How it works before agreeing on a sale.
04 What if a buyer or seller stops replying?
If the seller has not accepted your deal, you have not paid anything through it: payment is unavailable until acceptance. You can choose another listing instead of waiting for a reply.
If communication stops during a deal, select Ask the escrow agent for help on the deal page. The agent will check the deal and chat, then contact the other party. Keep relevant evidence in the chat and do not confirm receipt or other steps you cannot verify.
Check the deadline shown for the current step. If the other party still does not respond, the agent will resolve the situation based on what has already been paid and transferred: cancel the deal and arrange the refund, or complete the account transfer according to the deal’s rules.
05 What should I do if the other party breaks the terms?
Pause the transfer and select Ask the escrow agent for help. Explain what differs from the agreement and include supporting messages or screenshots in the deal chat.
The agent reviews the situation and decides how the deal can proceed or be canceled. Until completion, the flow protects either the buyer’s payment or control of the account. The service fee is refunded in full when the deal is canceled.
06 What is TradeMySocials and why do you need an escrow agent?
TradeMySocials brings buyers and sellers of social accounts, channels and communities together. Every deal uses an escrow agent to coordinate the transfer.
With escrow payment, the service holds the purchase payment until the buyer confirms receipt. With direct payment, the agent secures the account before the buyer pays the seller. Keep negotiations, agreements and confirmations on TradeMySocials: deals conducted outside the site are prohibited and fall outside this protection.
07 How do I reach the escrow agent?
The escrow team is available 24/7. In a deal, select Ask the escrow agent for help. In a conversation with another user, Invite an admin in the chat menu brings a team member into that conversation.
For a separate question, open Support in the messenger. Sparky is the AI assistant; use Support when you need a human operator.
Payments and withdrawals
01 What are the withdrawal limits and conditions?
Withdrawals go to a cryptocurrency wallet. Select the coin and network in the withdrawal form to see the minimum withdrawal amount.
TradeMySocials does not add a withdrawal service fee. Some networks have a fixed network fee, deducted from the payout; the form shows it before confirmation. Check that the wallet address supports the selected network.
02 How long do payouts, withdrawals and refunds take?
Timing depends on where the money is going:
- To your balance: a completed refund or sale payout is credited immediately.
- To a crypto wallet: a withdrawal is submitted for processing when you confirm it. Network confirmation usually takes a few minutes, but may take up to 24 hours.
- A PayOp refund: we submit the refund promptly; the original payment method may take up to five business days to credit it.
If a payment remains pending beyond the expected time, contact Support with the transaction or deal number.
03 Do I need to top up my balance to buy?
No. Once the seller accepts the deal, open its payment step and choose an available method. You can pay there without adding money to your balance first.
Paying at deal checkout and spending an earlier balance top-up are separate options. The methods and balance funds you can use depend on whether you are paying the account price or only the service fee.
04 What can I pay for from the balance?
Any eligible balance funds can pay for site services, including PRO, ELITE, pinning and the service fee in a direct-payment deal.
For the account price in an escrow-payment deal, you can use sales proceeds, cryptocurrency top-ups and card top-ups made through Mercuryo. PayOp top-ups cannot pay the account price; they are for site services.
The payment window shows the balance available for that purchase. If it is not enough, you can pay the remainder using a compatible method offered there.
05 Can I withdraw an unused balance top-up?
Sales proceeds, cryptocurrency top-ups and card top-ups made through Mercuryo can be withdrawn to a crypto wallet.
PayOp top-ups work differently: they are for site services, and their unused amount is refunded through the original payment method. Open the withdrawal window, select the PayOp top-up and choose Refund the money. It cannot be redirected to a different card or crypto wallet.
Buying an account
01 Can I pay by card, crypto or balance?
Yes, cryptocurrency is supported. The payment window shows the methods available for your particular deal.
- Escrow payment: pay the account price and fee with cryptocurrency, a card through Mercuryo or eligible balance funds. The seller receives a crypto payout or a balance credit.
- Direct payment: pay only the service fee through the site, using an offered method such as PayOp, cryptocurrency or balance. Pay the account price to the seller separately, after the escrow agent has secured the account and the deal instructs you to pay.
Cryptocurrency payments have no additional payment-processing fee. Any fees for other payment methods are shown in the deal before you confirm.
02 How long does an account transfer take?
Transfers can usually be completed on the day of payment when both parties are available and no mandatory waiting period applies. The exact timing depends on the platform’s security requirements and the steps in your deal.
Check How it works for the transfer process. If you need to finish by a specific date, ask the escrow agent about timing before you pay.
03 How can I tell whether a seller can be trusted?
Start with the seller’s completed deals, rating and reviews. Then distinguish what each check actually tells you:
- Identity verification confirms the person’s identity using documents.
- Ownership verification checks their control of the listed account through the method available for that platform.
- Statistics may be imported from a platform or supplied by the seller. Look at the source, update date, period and sample behind each figure.
Neither an identity badge nor an ownership check guarantees genuine followers, future revenue or every claim in the description. Compare the account’s posts with its audience and activity figures. Ask the seller for supporting information and agree any checks with the escrow agent before paying.
04 How are refunds handled if a deal is canceled?
The service fee is refunded in full when a deal is canceled. The route depends on the payment type:
- Escrow payment: choose the refund destination offered in the canceled deal, such as your balance or a crypto wallet. A balance refund is immediate; a wallet refund follows cryptocurrency processing times.
- Direct payment: the service fee returns to your balance. Crypto or Mercuryo-funded money can be withdrawn to a crypto wallet; unused PayOp-funded money is returned through Refund the money in the withdrawal window.
This refund covers the TradeMySocials service fee. If you have already paid the seller directly for the account, a refund of that payment needs to be agreed with the seller.
05 How can I message a seller?
Select Message seller on the listing page to open your conversation with that seller. Use it to clarify the audience, activity, access and anything included in the price.
When you are ready, select Buy this account. The agreement and transfer proceed through the deal, with the escrow agent available from its chat.
06 Can a deal be canceled after I confirm receipt?
In an escrow-payment deal, confirming receipt completes the deal and releases payment to the seller. Check the account and the agreed access before confirming; you cannot then use the normal cancellation flow.
In a direct-payment deal, the seller confirms receiving your payment, then the agent completes the account handover. If something is wrong at either stage, ask the agent for help before confirming anything further.
07 What can I check before buying an account?
Open the account from its listing when a public link is available. Review its posts, audience, activity, monetization claims and the date and source of the displayed statistics. Use Message seller to request missing information.
Private analytics and account access may need the seller’s cooperation. Agree with the escrow agent which details should be checked during the transfer. A screenshot or a large follower count alone does not establish the quality of the audience.
08 Can I start a deal for an account outside the catalog?
For a supported social account, you can create a deal using its link, the agreed price and transfer details, then share the invitation with the other party.
The platform must have an available transfer flow, and the other party must join and accept the terms before payment. The deal still takes place on TradeMySocials under the escrow agent’s supervision.
Selling on TradeMySocials
01 When and how will I get my money after a sale?
The payment type determines how you receive the account price.
- Escrow payment: choose an available payout destination in the deal, such as your crypto wallet or balance. Payment is released after the buyer confirms receipt. A balance credit becomes sales proceeds you can spend on other deals or services, or withdraw later.
- Direct payment: the buyer pays you using the agreed details after the escrow agent secures the account. Check the actual receipt of money, then confirm payment in the deal so the agent can finish the handover.
Crypto arrival times depend on the selected coin and network.
02 How do I put a social account up for sale?
Select Sell an account and paste the link to the account you want to sell. The platform is detected automatically from the link. Where supported, TradeMySocials imports its name, images, audience size and available statistics. Complete the remaining fields in the form.
The minimum asking price is $5. The form shows any audience requirements for the selected account type. Follow the ownership-verification instructions and publication status shown after submission. Each account may have only one active listing.
03 How long does listing moderation take?
Publication usually takes a few minutes to a couple of hours after submission and any required ownership verification. It may take longer if additional checks are needed or the review queue is busy. You can check the status in My listings.
04 Why is my listing not visible or still under moderation?
Open My listings and check the listing’s status. Common reasons include an unfinished ownership check, a pending moderation review or an archived listing. A rejected listing needs attention; it is not simply waiting in the queue.
Follow any instructions shown for verification or moderation. If no explanation appears or the status has not changed for a long time, contact Support with the listing link.
New unpinned listings also have a 24-hour early-access period for PRO and ELITE members. During that period, other visitors cannot yet see them in the catalog.
05 Why do I have to verify account ownership?
Verification checks that you control the account you are offering. Depending on the platform, you may be asked to place a code in the public description, connect supported statistics or request a manual check. Use the instructions shown in your listing.
A listing that requires verification remains hidden until the check succeeds. This is separate from verifying your identity and from checking the accuracy of audience or revenue claims.
06 How can I give my listing more visibility?
Open My listings and use Bump to refresh the listing’s position and available account data. Free bumps are available every 5 days, every 3 days with PRO, or every 2 days with ELITE.
For continuous placement, choose Boost listing:
- Standard pin: $1.50 per week, above unpinned listings and below Premium listings.
- Premium pin: $4 per week, with a Premium badge and placement at the top of the list.
These are base prices. Duration discounts and the 10% PRO or 15% ELITE discount are shown before payment. Pinned listings are visible to everyone immediately and receive automatic weekly bumps within their pin type. Auto-renewal is optional and uses your balance.
07 How do I refresh my listing’s subscriber count?
Use Bump in My listings. Besides refreshing the catalog position, it requests an update of the subscriber count and other data the platform makes available. The interval is 5 days normally, 3 with PRO and 2 with ELITE.
For figures entered manually, edit the listing and keep any supporting screenshots current.
08 Can I combine proceeds from several sales into one withdrawal?
Yes. For escrow-payment deals, choose a payout to your balance in each deal. The sales proceeds accumulate there and can be withdrawn to your crypto wallet in one request, subject to the selected network’s minimum and fee.
In direct-payment deals, the buyer pays you outside the site’s balance under the deal instructions, so those payments cannot be combined in a TradeMySocials withdrawal.
09 What happens when I archive a listing?
Archiving removes a listing from the catalog and search while keeping it in your Archive tab. You can restore it when you are ready to sell again.
Unused paid pinning time is preserved: when the listing is restored, its pin expiry moves forward by the time it spent archived.
Your account and support
01 Where can I get help on TradeMySocials?
Open the messenger using the chat button and select Support to write to the human support team. Support and Sparky, the AI assistant, are separate conversations on TradeMySocials.
Sparky can explain features and help you find accounts. If a question needs a person, use Send to support to pass it on, then continue in Support. The human team is available 24/7; a request may wait in the queue before an operator replies.
For an active transaction, use Ask the escrow agent for help on the deal page. You can also choose Invite an admin in a user chat. If you cannot use the messenger, use the contact form.
02 How can I report a spam message?
Choose Report spam from the message menu. A moderator will examine the message without revealing your report to the sender. Accounts used to send spam are blocked.
03 What if the password recovery email does not arrive?
Check Spam and All Mail, then confirm that you entered the email address registered to your account. Wait 10–15 minutes before requesting another reset email. If you recently requested an email change, the new address takes effect after 7 days.
04 What if I lose access to my TradeMySocials email address?
If you still know your password, try signing in with your nickname. If you normally use Google sign-in, use the same Google account.
A password reset or a sign-in verification code may still require access to the registered mailbox. If you cannot receive it, contact Support or use the contact form, give your nickname and explain the problem. The team must verify that the account is yours before helping change its email. Email changes requested through account settings take effect after seven days so the previous mailbox owner has time to object.
05 What notifications can I receive?
You can receive notifications about messages, deals, new matching listings and price drops on saved listings. Available delivery channels include the site’s notification panel, email, the Telegram bot and push notifications.
Choose what to receive in Notification settings, accessible from your account or the notifications panel.
06 Why do I need an email code to sign in?
A sign-in from an unfamiliar device or IP address may require a one-time code sent to your registered email. This is an additional account check. Recognized addresses do not normally require another code.
If you no longer have access to that mailbox, contact Support for account-recovery assistance.
07 How can I delete my TradeMySocials account?
To close your TradeMySocials account, use Delete account permanently in account settings. Confirm with your password and DELETE.
08 How many new conversations can I start each day?
Sign in to contact other users. You can message up to 15 new people per day; this allowance rises to 60 with PRO/ELITE, verified identity or a rating of at least 300.
Fees and discounts
01 How much is the service fee?
The service fee starts at 8% of the agreed account price. Discounts may reduce the rate, but the minimum service fee is $3. The deal shows the final amount before payment.
TradeMySocials does not add a deposit or withdrawal service fee. PayOp may charge a payment-method fee, and some crypto networks deduct a fixed network fee from payouts. Any applicable fee is shown before you confirm.
02 Which service-fee discounts can apply?
The standard service fee is 8% of the account price. These discounts reduce the rate:
- Deals of $700 or more: 2 percentage points off the base rate.
- PRO: 1.5 percentage points off if you are the buyer, or 1 if you are the seller.
- ELITE: 2 percentage points off if you are the buyer, or 1.5 if you are the seller.
- Repeat deals: an additional 0.5 percentage points off once you have 3 active or completed deals with the same person.
If you are the seller, you need to verify your identity to receive the PRO or ELITE discount. If both parties have subscriptions, only the larger applicable subscription discount is used.
Discounts for deal size, a subscription and repeat deals can be combined. For example, a deal of $700 or more with a PRO buyer has a 4.5% service fee before any repeat-deal discount.
The minimum service fee is $3. Your deal shows the final fee before payment.
03 Who pays the service fee?
The buyer pays by default, with the service fee added to the account price. When the deal has a separate fee-payment step, the seller can pay that fee instead.
If the seller pays the fee and the deal is canceled, that payment returns to the seller’s balance.
Reputation and reviews
01 What can I do with reviews on my profile?
You can reply to a profile review with up to 5,000 characters and attach up to 5 images or other files. Use the reply to clarify the transaction or address the other party’s feedback.
If a review exposes sensitive information or you believe it breaks the rules, contact Support with the review and deal details. Review moderation is handled by the team; sellers do not have controls to delete or hide reviews themselves.
02 What contributes to my profile rating?
Both participants receive points for a completed deal: one point per $2 of the deal amount. A review then adjusts the rating separately, using that deal’s points as its basis:
- Positive: adds the same number of points again.
- Neutral: subtracts that number.
- Negative: subtracts twice that number.
Other rating bonuses:
- Identity verification: 1,000 points.
- Standard pin: 3 points per paid week for each listing.
- Premium pin: 10 points per paid week for each listing.
PRO multiplies the displayed rating by 2; ELITE multiplies it by 3. A rating summarizes platform activity and feedback; it is not a guarantee about a particular account.
03 Who can leave a review and when?
After a deal is completed, its participants can review each other. They can also leave a separate review about the service.
Use the review for your experience of that transaction. If an issue still needs resolving, contact the escrow agent in the deal rather than relying on a review to request help.
PRO and ELITE benefits
01 How do subscription terms, renewals and upgrades work?
You can buy PRO or ELITE for 2–24 months. Longer prepaid terms reduce the monthly price; checkout shows the total and available payment methods.
- Buying more time for the same active plan extends its expiry.
- Moving from PRO to ELITE starts ELITE immediately. The unused PRO term is valued and credited as a discount on the purchase.
- Buying PRO while ELITE is active adds PRO time after ELITE ends.
Check the price calculation before paying, especially when changing plans.
02 What do I get with PRO?
PRO includes:
- Displayed rating multiplied by 2.
- Free listing bumps every 3 days instead of 5.
- A 10% discount on Standard and Premium pins.
- A service-fee reduction of 1.5 percentage points as a buyer or 1 as an identity-verified seller.
- Advanced catalog filters and listing price-change history.
- Early access to new listings for their first 24 hours. Pinned listings are visible to everyone immediately.
- Up to 60 new message contacts per day.
PRO costs $9 per month at the base rate, with longer prepaid terms starting at $5.85 per month. ELITE also includes early access.
03 What does ELITE add to PRO?
ELITE includes the PRO features with higher benefits:
- Displayed rating multiplied by 3.
- Free listing bumps every 2 days.
- A 15% discount on Standard and Premium pins.
- A service-fee reduction of 2 percentage points as a buyer or 1.5 as an identity-verified seller.
- Access to an account’s sale history where available.
- Your own accounts’ sale history hidden from other users, including ELITE members.
ELITE costs $38 per month at the base rate, with longer prepaid terms starting at $24.70 per month. The subscription window shows the current total.
How it works
Each platform has its own transfer process. See the steps for your platform and deal type.
