I purchased an account through this platform and completed the payment 3-4 days ago (Transaction ID: 705462). The seller did everything perfectly on their end and transferred the rights to the escrow agent as instructed. However, the transaction has been completely stuck since then. The escrow team is failing to designate me as a manager and is holding the process hostage. What’s worse is their customer service. They are completely unresponsive to my emails and inquiries, showing zero intention of resolving the issue. Why do you even charge a commission fee if you are going to run things this poorly? It seems like they don’t even have a standard manual or guideline for handling simple issues like this. Stop stalling and resolve my transaction immediately. Please resolve this immediately.
