That left me feeling like evidence wasn't given enough weight. Escrow should protect both buyers and sellers through a clear, consistent, evidence-based process. Please improve the dispute system by requiring stronger proof before making decisions and by providing clearer explanations for the outcome. A more transparent process would greatly increase trust in the platform.
