Hi. My complaint is that the agent did not provide access to the instragram profile I purchased. Because if the agent tried to log in to the account, he would have faced the same problem as me and the purchase would not have been made due to lack of access. I trusted your service, but you let me down and I suffered from the economic loss. I accepted the terms of purchase, although the seller did not provide the original e-mail address for the account, but if the agent had proven to enter the account with access data, he would have seen that this was impossible. Unfortunately this is a disappointing service.
